Historical information: The watch company Pavel Bure is one of the most famous Russian watch brands of the 19th-20th centuries. It was founded in 1815 by Karl Bure in St. Petersburg, and later management passed to his son Pavel. In 1874, the company received the status of the Trading House Pavel Bure, expanding production and opening a factory in Switzerland. In 1899, the company became the official supplier of the Imperial Court, becoming famous for the precision and exquisite design of its watches. In the same year, at the World Exhibition in Paris, the brand received the Grand Prix. After the revolution of 1917, production was stopped, and the company ceased its activities.
